I build systems and make things.

At Shifu Health, we are building an AI-assisted health experience supported by qualified human experts. Our aim is simple to state and difficult to execute: make good health support more accessible.

Much of the work begins away from a screen. It means talking to people, visiting the places where care and administration happen, watching how information moves, and then building alongside the people who will actually use the product.

Before Shifu, I worked across AI research, data systems, and earlier company iterations. I completed my graduate studies at Georgia Tech, where research, internships, building a startup, and boxing all competed for the same hours.

Outside the company, I write to clarify what I have learned. I make short films and visual studies at @bynemath, keep a growing photography archive, play music, and train when time allows.

I don’t think of these as separate versions of myself. Writing makes an idea precise. A camera forces attention. Music teaches rhythm and restraint. Building a company asks for all of those instincts at once.
